This publication complies with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the disclosure of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for accessing or using www.colife.co.in and/or the Co-Life mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
The Platform is owned and operated by Co-Life, with its corporate office located at Yelahanka, Bangalore. Hereinafter, "Company" refers to Co-Life.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
By registering for and/or utilizing the services in any capacity, such as visiting or browsing the site, you are acknowledging your agreement to these Terms of Service and any other operational guidelines, policies, and procedures that may be periodically published on the site by the Company. Certain services may have additional terms and conditions established by the Company from time to time; your utilization of such services is contingent upon those additional terms and conditions, which are considered part of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are applicable to all users of the services, including individuals who contribute content, information, or other materials or services, whether registered or not.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access our services. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual or entity and modify the eligibility criteria at our discretion. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service and all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Registration / Sign-Up for Service
In order to access certain services, you may need to register for an account with Co-Life. It's essential to furnish accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You must refrain from using false identities or impersonating others. Safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information is your responsibility, and you are accountable for all activities conducted under your account. Promptly inform us of any unauthorized access to your account.
Upon creating an account, you consent to receiving communications from Co-Life through email, text messages, calls, and push notifications using the contact details provided during registration. If you wish to delete your account after your subscription expires, you can initiate the process by emailing us at support@colife.co.in. Account deletion requests will be processed within 60 working days, provided there are no active subscriptions associated with the account.
Content
Content encompasses a wide range of materials, including but not limited to information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts and comments, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features that are created, shared, or otherwise made available on or through the services. You bear responsibility for any content you publish or transmit, and by doing so, you grant Co-Life a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in association with the services.
Conduct
You are obliged not to abuse the services, which encompasses refraining from engaging in any unlawful activities, violating the rights of others, or disrupting the functionality of the services. It is prohibited to disseminate viruses or any other technologies that could potentially cause harm to Co-Life or its users.
Third-Party Services
The platform might contain links to third-party websites or services. Co-Life bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on these external websites. Any interactions or transactions you engage in with third parties are entirely between you and the third party involved.
Payments and Refunds
Rent payments are expected on the 1st of every month and should be submitted through the specified account or using approved payment methods. Failure to make payments on time may result in penalties. Additionally, security deposits are mandatory and will be reimbursed in accordance with our refund policy, deducting any necessary fees for damages or outstanding charges.
Termination
Co-Life reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the services without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms. In the event of termination, your ability to utilize the services will cease immediately.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Banaglore City, India. In the event of a dispute, attempts will be made to resolve it amicably. If such attempts fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
