What bills are covered by Colife?
The rent will include all utilities such as electricity, water, internet bills and gas. Any additional usage of utilities beyond the usual consumption may be charged to the tenant.
What amenities are offered by Colife?
The property comes fully furnished with all necessary amenities such as beds, furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. The tenant is responsible for the upkeep of the furnishings and must report any damages or issues to Colife. The property also provides access to additional amenities such as on-site laundry, roof top garden for leisure. The tenant is expected to follow all rules and regulations related to the use of these amenities.

How much does coliving typically cost?
The cost of coliving varies depending on the location, size of the apartment, and the amenities offered. In general, coliving is often more affordable than renting a traditional apartment because the costs of utilities, internet, and other services are shared among residents.
How long can I stay in a coliving space?
Colife offer flexible lease terms ranging from a few months to a year or more.
How much is the security deposit?
The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of [ 2 month's rent ] to Colife on or before the start date of the tenancy. The security deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant at the end of the tenancy, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
How do I apply for a co-living space?
To apply for a co-living space, simply fill out our form. You will then be contacted by our team to discuss your application and schedule a viewing.
What are the rules and regulations of living in a coliving space?
Colife has its own set of rules and regulations that residents are expected to follow. These include rules about noise levels, guest policies, smoking, and cleanliness. It's important to read and understand the rules before signing a lease agreement to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts with other residents.
What is resident code?
Residents are expected to maintain the coliving space and its belongings in good condition. Any damage caused by a resident or their guests beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the resident. The coliving space will have the right to deduct the cost of damages from the security deposit. Residents are expected to keep the coliving space clean and tidy. Any excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misuse by a resident will be charged to the resident. The coliving space will have the right to deduct the cost of cleaning from the security deposit.
What if I have an issue with another resident?
If you have an issue with another resident, it's best to first try to resolve the issue through communication. We a have community managers or resident assistants who can help mediate conflicts if necessary. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may need to speak with the manager to find a solution.
